Where does your revenue really come from — and what should you do about it? The Sales Performance & KPI Dashboard is a connected sales decision system, not a basic tracker. You enter sales as they happen — one row per invoice line — and the workbook turns them into customer, salesperson, product and region intelligence, a 3-month forecast, and a prioritised action list with the money impact of each recommendation attached. At the centre is the Sales Advisor™: sixteen deterministic rules that watch your numbers on every recalculation and flag revenue behind target, customer concentration risk, salespeople falling short, products selling below cost, discount abuse and more — each with the evidence behind it, a recommended action, and what it's worth in currency if you act. Nothing is a black box: the exact trigger condition for every rule is documented, and each alert carries a priority (Critical/High/Medium/Low) and a confidence level so you know how directly the data supports it. The Executive Dashboard gives you the five-second view: a Sales Health Score™ built from eight weighted components, revenue versus target, gross margin, your biggest customer's share of revenue, active alerts, and your top five priorities. A dedicated Quick Sale Check screen gives a 60-second margin verdict on any single deal before you commit to it — sell price, cost, discount and channel fee in, a margin verdict and two discount ceilings out. Setup takes about 10 minutes: list your customers, salespeople, products and regions, set your targets, and start logging sales. From there, ten minutes a week — add the week's sales, glance at the dashboard, act on the top priority. Data entry is manual — there is no live CRM, POS or accounting-software feed, and figures are currency-neutral (you set the display symbol; there is no exchange-rate conversion). The 3-month forecast is a trailing-average projection adjusted by editable seasonality factors, and honestly declares itself Incomplete with fewer than three months of sales history rather than guessing.
