These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of websites and products operated by NodusTech S.r.l., including FlyNodus, LuxScout and the NodusTech Digital Store. By using our products, you agree to these Terms.

Using Our Products

You must use our products in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

Digital Store Purchases

Purchases made through the NodusTech Digital Store are subject to our Refund Policy and Digital Product Licence. Digital Store products are digital content supplied without a physical medium. At checkout you are asked to expressly request immediate access and to acknowledge that, once supply begins, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal — the Refund Policy explains this consent, the problems we will always put right, and the statutory rights you keep.

Accounts

You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us of any unauthorized use.

Intellectual Property

All content, software and products made available by NodusTech remain the property of NodusTech or its licensors, except as expressly licensed to you.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our products for violation of these Terms.

Disclaimer & Liability

Our products are provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, NodusTech’s liability is limited as described in these Terms.

Restricted Jurisdictions

In line with our payment processor’s policies, NodusTech does not sell products or process payments for individuals or entities located in, or transactions otherwise connected to, the following jurisdictions:

• Cuba
• Iran
• North Korea
• Syria
• Crimea region (Ukraine)
• Donetsk region (Ukraine)
• Luhansk region (Ukraine)

This list may change as our payment processor’s policies are updated.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of the country in which you habitually reside.
