Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased through the NodusTech Digital Store. It explains your 14-day right of withdrawal and what it means to waive it, the situations where we will refund or fix a purchase regardless, and the statutory rights you always keep.

Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you normally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium — which is what the NodusTech Digital Store sells — the law allows this right to end early: at checkout, you are asked to expressly request immediate access to your digital content and to acknowledge that, once supply begins, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. Payment is not possible until you actively tick that box, and your consent is recorded with your order.

In practice this means that once your purchase is complete and your download is made available, the 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies to that purchase. If you do not want to give this consent, do not tick the box — you will not be able to complete the purchase, and nothing will be charged.

Problems We Will Always Put Right

Separately from the withdrawal right, contact us and we will refund, replace or fix the purchase if something is actually wrong with it. This includes cases where the product file is corrupted or cannot be opened as described, where your download was never made available to you, where you received a different product than the one you ordered, where you were charged more than the advertised price or charged twice for the same order, or where the product is materially different from how it was described on its product page.

For these cases, include your order number and a short description of the problem. We may ask for details that help us reproduce the issue (for example, which file fails to open and in which application).

How to Request a Refund

Email support@nodustechltd.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Please contact us as soon as you notice a problem — it helps us resolve things faster. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Your Statutory Rights

Waiving the 14-day withdrawal right does not waive anything else. As a consumer you keep the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content under applicable EU and Italian consumer law: if a product does not conform to the contract, you are entitled to have it brought into conformity, or to a price reduction or refund, as provided by law. Nothing in this policy limits or replaces those rights, and nothing in this policy affects any other rights that mandatory consumer-protection law gives you in the country where you live.
